ICED GOLDEN LATTE

 

  1. Pour 2 ounces of hot water over 2 tsp Original GOLDE
  2. Add 1 tsp raw honey. Stir.
  3. Add 8 oz chilled milk 
  4. Shake to blend

GOLDEN MILK

 

  1.  Pour warmed milk over 2 tsp Original GOLDE.
  2. Stir.
  3. Sweeten to taste (if that's your thing).

TURMERIC GOLDEN OATS

 

  1. Add 1-2 tsps ORIGINAL GOLDE to fully cooked oats

  2. Stir to combine.

  3. TOPPING IDEAS: raw honey, toasted hazelnuts, persimmon slices.


GOLDEN Mango Protein Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup toasted coconut milk

  • 1/2 tsp grated ginger

  • 1 tsp ORIGINAL GOLDE

  • 1 scoop coconut collagen

  • 1 scoop paleo protein powder

  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks

  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower

Directions:

Combine all ingredients and blend thoroughly. Top with bee pollen.

GOLDEN Collagen tonic

Ingredients:

  • 1 and 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbs coconut oil

  • 1 tbs raw local honey

  • 2 tsp ORIGINAL GOLDE

  • 1 scoop collagen

  • 1/2 tsp ashwagandha

  • 1/2 tsp mucuna pruriens

Directions: 

Combine ingredients and blend thoroughly. Warm over stove top in a saucepan.

GOLDEN Carrot cake smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp ORIGINAL GOLDE
  • 1 medium carrot
  • 1/2 frozen coconut meat

  • 1/4 banana

  • 1/2 piece peeled ginger

  • 2 tbsp almond butter

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tsp flax meal

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

Directions: 

Combine all ingredients and blend thoroughly.

GOLDEN banana coconut smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 yellow nectarine

  • 1/4 cup reduced fat coconut milk

  • 2 tbs ORIGINAL GOLDE

  • Almond milk

Directions:

Combine all ingredients and blend thoroughly —add enough almond milk to achieve your desired consistency.

GOLDEN banana ICe cream

Ingredients:

  • 2 cans whole coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon ORIGINAL GOLDE

  • 2 slices fresh ginger

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/8 cup maple syrup

  • Pinch of fine sea salt

Directions:

  • Combine all ingredients (except the vanilla) in a sauce pan and heat, while whisking, until all spices are well-combined with the coconut milk. 
  • Remove from heat and add vanilla extract.
  • Pour mixture into a large bowl and allow to cool to room temp. 
  • Add mixture directly to chilled ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer’s instructions - about 45 minutes. It should look like soft serve.
  • Serve immediately, or freeze for another few hours to harden (use a scoop warmed in hot water to serve).
